High Carbon Ferrochrome

High Carbon Ferrochrome (HC FeCr) smelted in submerged-arc furnaces from chromite ore, coke and fluxes. The primary chromium-bearing alloy for stainless-steel and alloy-steel manufacture — supplying corrosion resistance, hardness and hardenability. Supplied as sized lump to customer requirement.

High Carbon Silicomanganese

HC Silicomanganese (SiMn) smelted from manganese ore, quartz and coke. Combines silicon and manganese in a single alloy — the workhorse of bulk steelmaking, delivering both deoxidation and Mn/Si addition in one charge. Also serves as precursor stock for MC / LC ferromanganese refining.
